Rich’s supervisory role is to present and develop Elite Media Direct services to clients for optimal Return On Investment (ROI), while directing all client services teams in providing excellent service to all clients.
Since 1992, Rich has been buying, planning and managing media for some of the DRTV industry's most prestigious and successful marketers, including Guthy-Renker, Good Times Entertainment, Hooked on Phonics, Spectrum Worldwide, Nutrisystems, Medifast Diet, Telebrands, Nautilus, and Oreck. Some of the more well know campaigns for these clients are Principal Secret, Proactiv, Richard Simmons (various exercise video’s), Fitness Flyer, Bowflex (Tread Climber), Ultimate Lean Routine, 6 Week Body Make Over, Ab Rocker, Turbo Jam, Rich has also worked to optimize the results of DR campaigns for some of North America's top corporations, including Kraft, Clorox, Proctor and Gamble, and Assurant Health.
Rich has personally managed an annual agency client portfolio of 130 million dollars in media billings, and before co-founding Elite Media Direct, he played a vital role in growing annual billings of a long-standing DRTV media agency from 70 million dollars in 2003 to over 140 million dollars in 2007.
Rich has aggressively worked with clients to develop very successful, integrated DR advertising portfolios. He is an expert at helping marketers utilize Direct Response vehicles to sell products or services, maximize brand recognition, and drive retail distribution. Rich has been a member of the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) and of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). Being so well respected in the industry, Rich has written several industry articles and has been the guest speaker on various panels.
